As we continue to celebrate the best of Melbourne at our pop-up restaurant at 166 Gertrude Street, Fitzroy, we will bring in even more of our local favourites with a series of special winter dinners over the coming weeks. Each event will be a truly one-off experience. Seats are limited, so you’ll want to get in quick.
To kick off the series, Hanoi Hannah, Tokyo Tina and Saigon Sally will head north side and combine their menus for the first time. The Broadsheet Restaurant will host the three sister restaurants when chefs prepare a special, five-course dinner on Tuesday July 7. This is your only chance to try all three restaurants in one place, so don’t miss out on tickets.
Each restaurant will contribute at least two dishes to the sharing-style dinner, from cured kingfish to a more decadent DIY beef-rib bulgogi in a soft, sweet bun. There will also be whole-roasted Bia Can Chicken. We don’t want to give too much away, but the dessert makes serious magic with yuzu and meringue. Each course will be matched to natural wines from Heathcote producer, Chapter Wines.
Stay tuned for further announcements about the next in the Winter Dinner Series at The Broadsheet Restaurant.
Tickets for the Windsor Sister’s Dinner on Tuesday July 7 at The Broadsheet Restaurant are $110 per person (wines included) and features five courses. Please advise of any dietary requirements at least 48 hours before the event.
