The Stokehouse upstairs will be fully booked until the end of March 2017. Within 24 hours of announcing bookings for December through March were open, it looks like every available sitting at the fine-dining restaurant has been snapped up, according to the restaurant.
The Stokehouse says it is still processing hundreds of reservation requests and will respond personally to everyone to let them know if they are successful or not. It will announce when reservations re-open for April onwards.
If you can’t wait to check out the new space, the upstairs dining room also has a bar that can accommodate walk-ins. There’s also the more casual Pontoon downstairs and the Paperfish fish-and-chips kiosk, which require no reservations.
