Following months of anticipation and extensive renovations, Stokehouse has reopened their upstairs dining room, just in time for summer.

Designed by renowned interior designer Pascale Gomes McNabb (Cumulus Inc., Cutler & Co), the new dining room at Stokehouse retains its famous beach shack style with sophisticated, well-designed finishes.

The fit out includes new banquettes for the new cocktail bar area, timber fans that circle under the exposed trusses and vaulted ceilings, and new windows fitted to frame the sea views over the restaurant balcony.

A new menu has been crafted by executive chef Anthony Musarra and head chef Oliver Gould, with dishes based on modern Australian cuisine and the seasonal produce available. The menu is accompanied by a solid international wine list, put together by sommelier Lincoln Riley (formerly Taxi Dining Room and Maze).
