Dance. Feast. Glamp. Each of those activities would be fun on their own, but together is so much better.
Between dancefloor sessions, feast on Kong favourites such as spicy pork-belly buns, 16-hour smoked brisket and enoki mushroom fried rice (for dessert, there’s salted chocolate mousse with yuzu curd and walnut crumble).
Wash it all down with Kong’s Umeshu Spritz bubble cups or Shiki beers.
After the party, a lucky few will be checking into their hotel room for the night: a luxurious canvas bell tent with a queen-size bed on the Melbourne Central rooftop. Every tent will have an Esky stocked full of Shiki pale ale, white ale and lager, so you won’t go thirsty while watching a flick on the tablet loaded with films.
