Heal.Thy Self Co. started with a blog by founder Electra Tomasino, and is run by her and her partner Dylan Davies. The pair believe health is achieved through everyday lifestyle choices, and wanted to bring that to their local community. On the premises, there’s a room for you to consult with the naturopath and massage therapist, Kerry Cheswick. Tomasino says, “Health is so many things, not just food. We want it to be a convenience.”

There is also a range of raw and paleo cakes, tarts and snacks.
Packed with healthy ingredients that make you second-guess your pronunciation skills, these drinks keep you feeling refreshed, energised and full.
With the vibrant, tropical-themed decor (pineapple prints and palm trees), it’s certainly a little oasis for those in need of healthy respite.
