Residents of Melbourne’s CBD have long been spoilt for choice when it comes to late night dining. Thankfully, the folks over at Hanoi Hannah are doing their bit to rectify this situation, with the Vietnamese hawker kitchen now staying open until 1am from Friday through to Sunday to cater to night owls who are feeling peckish as the witching hour approaches. With a brand new menu, the self-styled Vietnamese Supper Club has all the bases covered for those looking to soak up the alcohol that has somehow found its way into their systems.

Whether you’re hankering after the classic Hanoi-style spring rolls, some fried betel leaf cigars, the newly created crispy pork and green mango bao or their delicious slider – complete with Sriracha mayonnaise – there’s no longer reason for ravenous locals to feel unloved. In fact, taking into account the tempting cocktails on offer at the bar, as well as the world famous Sierra Nevada Pale Ale on tap, there’s bound to be something here to provide that feeling of contentment that a great night out truly deserves.
