Starting Monday September 4, Brunswick cafe Lux Foundry will reward non home-owners with a side of free avo.

Millennials were told to stop buying avocado breakfasts and start signing mortgages by journalist Bernard Salt and property investor Tim Gurner. After these opinions surfaced, many cafes around Melbourne discounted avocado on toast, flipping the bird to baby boomers and millionaire landlords. Now Lux Foundry is taking it a step further with its "Avo Assist Program".

From September 4 to 8, non home-owners will get a free smashed avocado side with any main meal purchase at the Lux Foundry. Just present a copy of your rental agreement.
