Mould – A Cheese Festival 2018
Mould: A Cheese Festival is back for a second year.
The festival is a collaboration between Revel (formerly Bottle Shop Concepts) and cheesemaker and author Nick Haddow from Bruny Island Cheese Co. The event will showcase artisan cheeses from around the country.
Attendees can sample cheeses from Yarra Valley Dairy, Grandvewe and more, and take part in masterclasses and demonstrations.
Maker & Monger will be serving grilled-cheese sandwiches, and there’ll be plenty of booze, including Grandvewe’s Sheep Whey Vodka.
The event will run over two days this year, with three session times to choose from, and the ticket price includes a glass of wine.
Sydney also get to join in this year, with a one-day event on September 1.
