Free, cold beer at the end of a long week is hard to refuse.

To kick off summer, The Craft & Co will be tapping a random keg at 5pm every Friday, and pouring out free beers until it runs empty.

Starting with its latest release, the Vermont IPA on Friday December 1, the hybrid Collingwood venue will be tapping its American pale ale, pilsner and Bangholme Bitter in coming weeks. All the beers are brewed in-house.

The Smith Street venue also produces spirits, cheese, baked goods and charcuterie.

The kitchen will serve small snacks and larger meals, including slow-cooked lamb ribs and charcuterie boards. The cellar door will be open, too, so you can take your favourite sixpack home with you.
