Negroni Week at The Botanical

Watch the leaves turn orange and fall on the South Yarra side of the Royal Botanic Gardens while sipping on a Negroni made with Ron Zacapa 23 rum. Enjoy the cocktail on its own, or matched to a tasting board of seasonal flavours, including prosciutto, cheese and honey-glazed black figs. The cocktail will be available for $17 all week, and each tasting board is $13 to share.

Seven Cocktails in Seven Days at The Ugly Duckling

Expand your cocktail palate, with seven pre-batched cocktails to try during World Class Cocktail Week. The Ugly Duckling’s bespoke cocktail menu includes The Boston, with cinnamon-infused Ketel One vodka, dark spiced rum, strawberry syrup and pepper and the Sandpiper Sour with Johnnie Walker Black Label, pomegranate syrup, rhubarb bitters, lemon and egg white. Each cocktail is $20 and available all week.

Autumn Air, Don’t Care at Arbory Bar & Eatery

Choose from a curated hot beverage list of four warm cocktails, including Spiced Hot Apple Cider with housemade spice syrup and optional Bulleit bourbon, and a Spiked Cherry Hot Chocolate with vanilla-infused Ketel One vodka, cherry liqueur and marshmallow. You can also try a Hot Toddy made with Talisker 10-year-old Scotch whisky, spice syrup and orange. The cocktails will be $16 each (with an extra $8 to add bourbon to your cider).

Dragon Mary vs Bloody Mary at Builders Arms Hotel

Stop by the Builders Arms Public Bar during World Class Cocktail Week for a classic Bloody Mary, or try a Dragon Mary in the adjoining Ricky & Pinky, made with Ketel One vodka, tomato juice, lemon, Worcestershire, olive, chilli and fish sauce. Both will have the option to add a Scoville chilli factor for an extra kick. Each cocktail will be available all week for $16.

Winter Cocktail Launch at Pontoon

Be the first to sample this iconic St Kilda venue’s new winter cocktail menu along with an exclusive cocktail. Try the new house-cocktail, Maple Mango, made with maple syrup, fresh mango, mango juice, cinnamon, Bulleit Rye bourbon, egg white and orange zest. You can also sip on Pontoon’s exclusive Cocktail Week drink, made with Don Julio Blanco tequila, blackberry liqueur, cranberry, pineapple, apple and lime, all the while enjoying the view of the bay. Both available all week for $18.

The Parfait Match at Supernormal

Enjoy the Flinders Lane icon’s signature dessert with an exclusive cocktail pairing. The Supernormal kitchen will be matching its signature Peanut Butter Parfait with a cocktail made with fig and Pampero Anejo rum, designed to complement the rich salted caramel and chocolate flavours of the parfait. The pairing will be available all week upon request for $30.

Forgotten Classics at Siglo

Sit on one of Melbourne’s most iconic rooftops during World Class Cocktail Week and sip on a menu of classics. Try the Blood & Sand, named after a legendary 1920s silent drama; or the Chet Baker, a variation of an Old Fashioned made with dark rum. These forgotten classics and more like them will range from $20 to $23 all week, from 5pm until late.
