Summer Night Market Returns to Queen Vic

As the warmer months approach, the only question we have is: “Pimm’s or frosé?”
But summer in Melbourne is also about the return of one of the city’s favourite markets: the Summer Night Market at the Queen Victoria Market.
Now in its 19th year, one of Melbourne’s oldest and longest-running night markets brings something to look forward to midweek.
As always, there will be food and drink stalls and more than 150 traders selling vintage finds and handcrafted design.
New food offerings include trapizzino (400 Gradi ’s take on “pizza pockets”); strawberries and cream served in the Pimm's Garden; and a special-edition Amber Ale from Coopers – brewed especially for the Summer Night Market.
The opening night is programmed with a disco-funk theme in mind, with live music from Tek Tek Ensemble, funk and soul group That Gold Street Sound, The Everymen and James Kenyon.
The Summer Night Market is on every Wednesday from 5pm–10pm between November 16, 2016 and March 8, 2017 (excluding December 28).
