The recent winner of Best Restaurant Design at the Eat Drink Design Awards, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal serves an imaginative take on historic English cuisine by one of the world’s best. Upstairs at the Collingwood restaurant is a pair of simple, Victorian-detailed private dining rooms. Accommodating close to 30 guests per room, groups can hire the rooms individually or together. The Technē-designed pub, the Prahran Hotel is recognisable from the street by its stacked, cement circles lined with leather banquettes.
