Inside a converted church on Gore Street, Fitzroy, Broadsheet held a roaming wine and food celebration to mark the latest release of the Patricia wine range.
Guests roamed around the church sampling each of the new-release Patricia wines including sparkling pinot chardonnay, chardonnay, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and noble riesling. Each wine was matched with food by the best family-run producers in Victoria.
Harry the Mussel Man shucked local mussels in front of guests; Yarra Valley Pasta served delicious pasta straight off the stove; and Milawa Organic Beef showcased its Angus beef in two styles of canape. In the basement Milawa Cheese served whole wheels of blue cheese and Salt Kitchen Charcuterie served cones of freshly cut noix de jambon.
