Operating Wednesday through Friday, Goldilocks packs and delivers grown-up lunchboxes from a seasonally prepared menu. There’s something big, something small and something sweet in each $20 box, and the autumn menu includes Middle Eastern, French, British and Italian varieties.

These guys can help you to get the good stuff (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes and other plant nutrients) via cold-pressed juice. If you’re after a full-on juice cleanse, or just want some quick and easy breakfast and afternoon tea options, an array of smoothies, mylks, green and antioxidant juices are available.

Determined to provide sandwiches that are well beyond vegemite and cheese, EARL uses ingredients such as free-range chicken, pistachio mortadella, Tasmanian smoked salmon and roast mushroom. While its hot, made-to-order rolls are not available for delivery (you can call to order however), a range of cold sandwiches, salads, sweets and drinks are. $13.50 will get you an EARL Lunchbox: a sandwich, a house salad and a sweet.

These flavour-packed, rustic cakes – made with locally sourced ingredients, homegrown herbs and at times, edible native plants – are great for office celebrations.
