It's a cocktail that brings a lot to the glass: it's rich and sweet from the scotch whisky and honey, while light and bright from the sparkling tea and grapefruit juice. When you're not quite sure what you're looking for in a spring-time drink, this World Class recipe covers all bases.

Honey & Hibiscus Fizz

Approximately one standard drink


30ml Johnnie Walker Gold Label
1 pot of hibiscus tea
15ml of runny honey
30ml fresh pink-grapefruit juice
Mint to garnish


Brew a pot of hibiscus tea, and leave to chill in the fridge.

Once the tea has cooled, carbonate it using a SodaStream. This will give the drink its fizz.

Starting with the Johnnie Walker Gold Label, build the ingredients in a highball glass. Drizzle in the honey, grapefruit juice and stir to combine. Then, carefully, top with sparkling tea.

Garnish with mint.
