Opening some time in 2021, the group’s landmark hospitality venue will be located in a heritage-listed building (once home to a cigarette manufacturer) on Lonsdale Street, right across from Emporium. The group has big plans for the site, which it’s been renovating and restoring for the past five years.
What’s in the pipeline is essentially five venues in one – including a rooftop bar and some more intimate, light-filled spaces – that will cater to everyone from the morning coffee crowd to late-night revellers.

Heading up the kitchen – with help from group executive chef Nick Bennett – will be Terry Clark, former head chef at The Source, one of the fancy on-site restaurants at Tasmania’s Mona.
