Fancy Hank’s has launched a new Sunday brunch session.
For a fixed price of $50 per person, diners get a choice of two dishes and two different bottomless cocktails – the Kentucky Iced Tea (bourbon, iced tea, cherry and bitters) or the Pomelo Spritz (Pampelle ruby red grapefruit liqueur, mango liqueur and bubbles).
Breakfast tacos filled with smoked beef brisket and scrambled eggs are inspired by a famous Texas barbeque joint – Valentina’s Tex Mex in Austin – where executive chef Mike Patrick dined when he was last in the States.
Other options? Fried chicken tamales, spicy pork spare ribs, smoked pork sausage with gravy, smoked white fish bagel, or toasted cornbread with preserves and Jalapeno butter. (Fancy Hank’s will also cater to vegetarian and vegan diners.)
Any additions to the two-meal order cost $12.50 each.
If you’re keen for more after brunch is over Good Heavens, the rooftop bar above Fancy Hank’s, is waiting with more drinks and live music.
Bookings can be made at fancyhanks.com.
