Sourdough bakery Baker Bleu’s goodies can already be found in its Melbourne locations at Prahran and Caulfield North, as well as at other outlets such as Morning Market Fitzroy. And soon, you’ll also be able to find the store’s country rolls and loaves in Cremorne, when the bakery opens an all-day bakery and cafe in a new development at 65 Dover Street.

When the site opens later this spring, it’ll be the biggest Baker Blue operation in Australia (eclipsing the group’s Sydney outlet). In addition to the sourdough croissant, bread and bagels found at the bakery’s existing locations, there’ll also be a selection of sourdough pizzas and fresh sandwiches on offer.

You’ll be able to grab and go, or enjoy your haul at one of 20 indoor seats or outdoor seating that will spill out onto the Dover Street pavement.
