Burn City Smokers is taking over Mornington’s Counting House for six weeks this summer.
Steve Kimonides and Raphael Guthrie’s smoky, slow-cooked Southern barbeque is available from December 16 to January 29. The pop-up will be open every day except Christmas.
The menu includes beef short rib, a brisket burger and a Chopped Whole Hog Roll, with mac’n’cheese and grilled corn for sides.
Wines and beers from local producers, such as Mornington Brewery and Crittenden Wines, are also available.
The pop-up is open for breakfast, serving toasties and Small Batch coffee.
