If there’s one thing Melburnians love, it’s a good bakery. Cross-town bakery crawls are fun, but you can save a lot of time with the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival’s fourth annual Baker’s Dozen at Fed Square.

The event runs from 10am until 3pm or sold out (the more likely scenario), on Saturday March 28 and Sunday March 29. This year, there’ll be exclusive collaborations between Ottolenghi recipe developer and cookbook author Helen Goh and Mietta by Rosemary; Drom, Sweet Cora Cakes and New York-based cookbook author Abi Balingit; Sydney’s Hot Listed AP Bakery and Quentin Berthonneau’s Oji House; Inverloch micro-bakery The Invy Baker and Urbanstead; and Trader House venues Morning Market and Supernormal.

Plus, there’ll be a hot cross bun bar with goods from Baker Bleu, Bread Club, Loafer Bread and Wild Life Bakery
