Shake Shack, Hector’s Deli and More Are Coming to Next Year’s Australian Open

For many visitors to Melbourne Park every January, the Australian Open is as much a celebration of food as it is tennis. And while we can’t wait to see Coco Gauff and Jannik Sinner play, we’re just as excited about next year’s food and drink line-up.
The 2026 Open, which runs from Monday January 12 to Sunday February 1, will have stalls from Hector’s Deli , Junda Khoo’s Ho Jiak and Good Days Hot Bread ’s Vietnamese chicken concept Season. Nik Hill of Sydney French bistro Porcine will design a French-inspired snack menu for the Courtside Bar, and the Japanese-convenience-store-inspired Suupaa will bring its onigiri and katsu sandos.
Shake Shack , the American burger, hot dog and milkshake chain from New York City restaurateur Danny Meyer (Union Square Cafe, Eleven Madison Park), will make its Australian debut at the Grand Slam. There’ll be signature Shack Burgers (griddled Angus beef, American cheese, lettuce, tomato and Shack Sauce on a buttered potato bun), as well as an exclusive Australian Open shake.
In addition to the food options, last year the Grand Slam introduced AO Reserve , premium ticket packages that include food and drink from some of the country's top talent. Next year, Rodney Dunn and Severine Demanet will bring their renowned Tasmanian restaurant The Agrarian Kitchen to the AO Glasshouse for five days, with tickets available from $1260 per person; Peter Gilmore of Sydney's Quay and Bennelong will be on-site cooking during the semifinals and finals, with tickets starting at $2200 per person; and British chef Simon Rogan of three-Michelin-starred restaurant L’Enclume will take over the tournament’s Club 1905 for the entire Open.
