Now in its third year, the Good Beer Week festival is back to celebrate and showcase the world of craft brews.
The festivities include an array of foodie events taking place across the city, with other events focusing solely on beer via masterclasses, tastings and discussions with guest brewers from Australia and abroad. Whether you’re a beer lover, home brewer or a timid novice, there’s something for everyone.
Like wine, coffee or anything on our plates, it’s enriching to take an interest in where beer comes from, how it’s made and to taste plenty of it while we’re asking all these questions. If you’re thirsty for more, we’ve got some tips get you started over the week.
Launch Party at The Terminus Hotel

The Crafty Pint, a beer lovers blog that brings together many of the country’s craft beer enthusiasts, will be taking control of The Terminus’s 32 taps for the week, with a selection of beers from Australia and the world up for the tasting.
