Calere is run by Alicia Feng. Her partner, Mo Zhou, runs petite fine-diner Gaea next door. It's a tiny – seriously, it's minuscule – nook. Blink and you'll miss it.

Coffee is always single origin, and the team at Calere tend to source from Australia's best coffee roasters. There's a small range of pastries to choose from. There's also beans by the bag and a small run of merch that includes handmade ceramic mugs.

Calere is derived from the latin word for warm, and that's what this cosy nook intends to be, through the coffee and always friendly service.
