Australian labels including Celeste Tesoriero, Gary Bigeni, Karla Spetic, YEVU, Kowtow, Vege Threads, Tlux, LP33.3, Serpent and the Swan, Alas the Label, Roopa Pemmaraju, f.me apparel, Bhalo and more (to be announced) will feature in the event. All products included encapsulate “best practice” methods (eg. are not mass produced, use organic materials and dyes, are up-cycled, profit philanthropic causes, utilise eco-conscious materials, are recycled/vintage or produced locally). The sustainable collection of clothes will be priced at up to 80 per cent off recommended retail price, so while you’re supporting better practice, you’ll also be scoring a bargain.
