Chances are, you’ve already come across Friends With Frank’s stylish outerwear. Its coats and jackets are well-loved by the Aussie style set, and now the Melbourne label is extending its range to include more apparel options.

Its first spring capsule collection is filled with minimalist pieces easily worked back into your wardrobe, including chic trans-seasonal dresses and versatile knitwear that can be worn together or separately.

“Honestly, I absolutely love everything in our range,” says creative director Jules McCarthy. “We kept this collection small but mighty. The Cleo Dress in space-dyed blue is one of our hero pieces ... the vibrant blue works so beautifully back with the neutral tones Friends With Frank has become known for.”

Another highlight? The cotton basics. The Classic Tee – made from soft, mid-weight organic cotton – is the perfect kind of oversized, making it fashion-forward but also versatile, working with everything from officewear to denim. And with its high neckline and ribbed cotton, the Classic Tank is the layering staple we’ve been searching for.

For those still feeling the chill, Friends With Frank is also releasing some outerwear options. The Lillian coat, equal parts fashionable and practical, is made entirely from recycled polyester, while the Camilla coat is your investment piece – a timeless wool staple you’ll have for years to come.

The Friends With Frank spring collection is available online now.
