Elke Kramer has taken her signature colourful, eclectic aesthetic and transplanted it into a brand new website. Featuring an online store, the website offers an extensive range of Elke’s current autumn/winter 2011 collection, which includes rings and bracelets resembling ammunition rounds, with colours inspired by Bauhaus colour theorists. Elke’s collection is one those trans-seasonal gems; they’ll do an equally good job perched on top of your winter warmers as they will draped across your summer dresses once the cold spell subsides.

See what inspires Elke by going into the SPIRIT page, an online mood board that features images of anything from 1960s mod furniture to an old photo of a contortionist in nothing more than stockings and high heels. Also featured in the website is page called PROJECTS, which showcases Elke Kramer’s past projects, as well as other collaborative works she is currently working on, allowing fans to follow the organic progression of the gifted designer’s work.

To celebrate the opening of the online store, Elke is running a special offer for the first week, taking 10 per cent off all styles online. And international shoppers need not fret; Elke’s online store also delivers overseas. Also make sure to check listings of local and international stockists if you would rather see Elke’s wares in their full glory.
