The lovely ladies at Alice Euphemia are getting geared up for one of their super sales, but this time there’s no need to feel guilty about buying yet another dress because it’s all in the name of flood relief.
Over the next week, Alice will be accepting donations of clean, quality clothes in good condition to be resold with all proceeds going to the Queensland RSPCA and the Premier’s Disaster Relief Fund. They’re hoping to raise at least $3,000 so are looking for quality donations of clothes, sunglasses, bags and accessories they can sell for at least $10. There’s also a call out to designers and jewellers who would like to create something to be raffled or auctioned off on the day.
The sale itself will be held on Saturday January 29th from 9am to 6pm, so make some space, donate and then pick your treasure from others’ trash with a clear conscience.
