The first event, North by Northwest celebrates Autumn in all its splendour and rustic nostalgia. Think limited edition pheasant terrine with foie gras and spiced pistachios, provided by Bendigo Gourmet Poultry & Game where the birds are grown on small family owned farms; think Heathcote Estate Shiraz, Alex Wilcox’s scrumptious chestnuts and smooth Bress Bon Bon cider.
