Gather your friends – Hawker Hall’s yum cha is back. The Windsor restaurant is hosting brunch with a Cantonese twist every Saturday and Sunday in February from 11am to 4pm.
For $38 per person, choose six courses from Hawker Hall’s dim sum menu, which includes five-spice chicken ribs, XO fried rice, sticky pork lettuce cups, fried squid with black bean sauce, vegetarian dan dan, seafood-stuffed Chinese doughnuts with chilli oil, and more.
There’ll also be four limited edition Chinese New Year cocktails, all $12. Our pick is Spice World, a punchy combo of rum, pomegranate, Szechuan pepper and lime.
