Virtual Apericena Tuscany by That’s Amore, Vino Bambino and Pentolina
Is there anything more comforting than a hearty bowl of fresh pasta, more decadent than a platter of cheese, and better for unwinding than a glass or two of wine?
We didn’t think so – and neither did That’s Amore Cheese, Vino Bambino and Pentolina, because the three have teamed up to bring you a Friday evening of exactly that.
There’s a dinner pack for two filled with That’s Amore’s Stella Alpina and truffle caciotta cheeses; two bottles of Il Palazzo wines from Vino Bambino; Pentolina’s red wine and buckwheat pappardelle with wild boar ragu, plus easy instructions to finish it at home; as well as the diner’s chocolate castagnaccio, or chestnut cake, with amaretti and rosemary for dessert.
You’ll also be sent a Zoom link to join Giorgio Linguanti of That’s Amore and Vino Bambino’s Mark Singarella online alongside Pentolina’s Julia Picona, who’ll be sharing her love of fresh, authentic pasta. And there’ll be a virtual tour of Il Palazzo Winery’s Tuscan farmhouse and vineyard.
The dinner pack is $120, with delivery is available throughout Victoria (except Mildura). Orders close 3pm Tuesday August 24 for regional orders and 3pm Wednesday August 25 for metropolitan Melbourne. You can also register to join the Zoom session without purchasing the pack.
