Hong Kong born chef Peggy Chan is taking over the Ramblr kitchen next Tuesday.

The Cordon Bleu graduate will serve a five-course menu of locally sourced vegan fare as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

Chan is the owner of Hong Kong eatery Grassroots Pantry and is passionate about plant-based cooking.

The dinner runs from 7pm to 10.30pm.
