Upstate Elsternwick Launch Weekend

Upstate is a collective of Pilates, yoga and boxing studios that is 100 per cent staffed by women. The neon-lit studios span 12 locations across Victoria, including South Yarra, Fitzroy, Geelong, Torquay, Ocean Grove and Ballarat.

This May, Upstate’s 13th studio opens in a converted Elsternwick bakery. And on the weekend of May 3–4, you can catch its launch. There’ll be free classes all weekend, plus membership deals, comps and prizes up for grabs. Among the deals is 30 days of unlimited classes for $59, or, share a snap of yourself in class and win a three-month unlimited membership.

It’s the biggest space yet, with capacity for 140 people across all classes, which often run at the same time. Find two reformer Pilates studios, a boxing room and a hot Pilates space, which also hosts yoga and sound bath meditations.
