Visit the celebrated Turkish restaurant for chicken kebab, simet, borek, pastries and dips by chef Coskun Uysal and friends like Tom Sarafian and Charlie Carrington. Proceeds will be donated to help support victims of the devastating earthquake in Türkiye.

In the days since two devastating earthquakes hit Türkiye and its neighbouring Syria, more than 41,000 deaths have been confirmed.

Acclaimed chef Coskun Uysal of Tulum is doing his part to help his home country, hosting a barbeque outside the restaurant on Sunday February 19 to to raise funds for earthquake relief. And chef friends are lending a helping hand.

Joining Uysal at the barbie are Charlie Carrington of Atlas Dining, Tom Sarafian, Christy Tania of Glace Dessert and George Calombaris.

Rock up and open your wallets for street-style food such as Turkish simet, boreks, chicken kebab, pastries and dips. You can also purchase Atlas Weekly meal kits, Sarafian hummus and signed cookbooks by Uysal and Calombaris to take home.

All proceeds will be donated to charity organisation AHBAP, which has been on the ground since the quakes first struck.
