To celebrate the launch of his new book, Tony Tan’s Asian Cooking Class, legendary chef Tony Tan, will be touring the country with a series of talks and book signings.

Tan holds a complex understanding of his diasporic Asian food heritage, specialising in Chinese, Nonya, Indonesian, Korea, Cambodian, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, Singaporean and Malaysian cross-cultural cooking.

The tour kicked off with Tan’s book launch at the Queenscliff Literary Festival on October 18 at harbourside restaurant 360Q featuring a conversation with journalist Kerrie O’Brien.

Catch Tan across Melbourne and Victoria, and leave with a signed copy of his book.
