For International Hummus Day, the former Bar Saracen head chef is delivering his signature spanner crab hummus with Baker Bleu bread.

One of the signature dishes at Middle Eastern restaurant Bar Saracen before it closed was undoubtedly head chef Tom Sarafian’s hummus. (He even made a $100 version for a limited time.)

To celebrate International Hummus Day on Thursday May 13, Sarafian – who's been cooking at a Little Andorra residency for the past four months – is delivering the dish to your door.

The famous hummus, topped with a sauce of spanner crab and king prawn, will come in a 250-gram tub along with fresh herbs and two loaves of Baker Bleu sesame ficelle, or a white sourdough stick covered in sesame seeds. There'll also be instructions on how to plate up and serve the dip.
