Third Drawer Down x David Shrigley General Store
British visual artist David Shrigley, known for his crude but humorous tragicomic illustrations, is collaborating with the Third Drawer Down team for a General Store pop-up.
The pop-up will feature a line of T-shirts, a reusable shopping bag and a black “ridiculous inflatable swan thing”. Other products from 10 years of Shrigley x Third Drawer Down collaborations will also be available on-site, along with a range of the artist’s publications.
Cellar D’or have also developed a limited-release pinot noir, complete with a Shrigley wine label, to be sold at the pop-up. Neighbouring Ladro will also be selling the wine and a specially designed pizza for the month of the pop-up.
Art and design company Third Drawer Down is known for taking artworks and translating them into eclectic products and gifts. In the past, it's collaborated with Louise Bourgeois, Guerrilla Girls, Yayoi Kusama, Robert Rauschenberg, David Salle and more.
The General Store will be launching in Third Drawer Down’s flagship store in Fitzroy, before popping up in other locations around the world.
