Sun Moth Canteen & Bar is hosting a special dinner series for 10 days in December.
Chef Esca Khoo (who worked at the NOMA pop-up in Sydney) has developed a modern Asian-Australian five-course menu, with ingredients sourced from Williamstown and Mornington. The meal will be paired with Victorian natural wines and fermented beers on tap.
There will also be video art projections by Imogen Henry and a line-up of DJs (including Edd Fisher and Harvey Sutherland) playing four-hour sets as you eat.
The evenings start at 7pm, with the last course served at approximately 9.45pm.
