Dine Out: Suupaa Special Menu Items

Hot-Listed convenience store-restaurant hybrid Suupaa is offering three special menu items for a limited time, as part of Broadsheet’s Dine Out Festival.

Suupaa, from the team behind Richmond restaurant Future Future, is a reimagining of the Japanese konbini (convenience store), channeling some of the most beloved dishes you'll find at a typical konbini in Japan.

The three specials are an $18 ramen hotdog with sausages sourced from Melbourne-based butcher Meatsmith; a $9 hojicha cola spider made from scratch; and a $10 vegetarian pizzaman (steamed bun) with confit cherry tomato, smoked scamorza and peperoncino togarashi oil.

The specials will be available for one week only, during Suupaa’s regular business hours.
