Sky High Cocktails and Asian Food Fair at The Q

Bottomless drinks and abundant food shouldn’t be limited to the weekend – and The Q at The Quincy Melbourne in Flinders Lane is bringing more of both to your weeknights. The rooftop bar is hosting two hours of house cocktails and Asian-inspired grazing platters every Wednesday and Thursday, with views of the city skyline.

Each week, The Q’s executive chef Adam Woodfield (who cut his teeth at Chin Chin) puts together a selection of Southeast Asian-inspired bites. Think pacific oysters served with red nam jim (a Thai dipping sauce); hung lay (northern Thai pork belly curry) bao; cauliflower puffs with Vietnamese curry tofu sauce; bluefin tuna and prawn rice cups; and roast duck and pineapple spring rolls.

As for the free-flowing drinks, house cocktails include classics like Martinis, Negronis and Aperol spritzes, as well as gin-soaked Strawberry Spritzes and Ginger Gin Fizzes.

The Q is a rooftop terrace bar, offering views that stretch from the Yarra River to Port Phillip Bay and, of course, include Melbourne’s CBD. It’s also the sibling venue to Salted Egg, the Southeast Asian restaurant also at Quincy Melbourne.

The special offer costs $74.50 per person for two hours and is only available Wednesdays and Thursdays. Bookings are open now.
