Seven separate lunches featuring a different distillery’s gin and matched cocktails.

Gin Palace is opening for lunch for the first time in its 20-year history.

At these events guests will sample that afternoon's featured gin. Diners will receive a gin and tonic on arrival and can chat to its producers. Each lunch includes a three-course meal, which will be provided by a different restaurant for each event. A different gin-based cocktail will accompany each course. The lunch will finish with a cocktail workshop teaching tips on how to make drinks at home, and participants get a goodie bag at the end.

The first lunch will be hosted by Tasmanian distillery Southern Wild, which will feature its Dasher + Fisher gin. Pure South Dining will take care of lunch with a menu celebrating King Island, Flinders Island and Tasmanian produce.

Other distilleries featured in the series are Alchemy, Animus, Archie Rose, Patient Wolf, Melbourne Gin Company and Anther.
