Sanct x Less Common’s Pop-Up

Local manufacturing isn’t dead. These two Melbourne fashion brands prove that. Sanct and Less Common have teamed up for a three-week pop-up on Victoria Street.

It’s the first time these labels have had a physical shopfront. Sanct creates versatile, functional womenswear crafted from natural fibres (even its threads and tags are completely plastic-free!) that transcends trends. Less Common makes nostalgic workwear and streetwear that’s unafraid of colour and print, also crafted from natural fibres.

Both labels are made locally in Melbourne, with size inclusivity as one of their core pillars. At their pop-up, you’ll be able to shop sizes 8 to 30, with custom tailoring and sizing on-site too. 

“We are two designers who make with our own hands. We know every garment intimately and, when you get a custom fit, it’s being tailored by the person who will be on the sewing machine, getting that fit right for you,” says Sanct founder Danielle Abery.
