Australia’s most opulent champagne lunch has arrived at Saké Restaurant & Bar at Hamer Hall, one of the city’s finest destinations for Japanese cuisine.
Beginning at midday every Saturday and Sunday, guests can enjoy a selection of premium Japanese dishes along with free-flowing champagne. Choose from highlights such as white-soy snapper with sesame, chives and white-soy dressing, steamed-prawn shumai dumplings with chilli ponzu, and nasa dengaku with eggplant and den miso.
The champagne lunch menu includes two hours of free-flowing Veuve Clicquot and beverage service for $165 per person.
