The QT rooftop bar isn't a secret. But its secret kitchen garden is. In 2018 it was turned into a space for parties, and last year was transformed into a spring/summer bar.
To sip G&Ts in the sun, access the leafy oasis via a laneway, staff elevator and back-of-house doorway. Because of Covid-19, the bar is only accommodating 40 people, all of whom can sip on cocktails made with herbs plucked from the garden and, of course, Four Pillars. It's a good option to try its Spiced Negroni Gin, its newest creation, the salty Olive Leaf, and its sweet Bloody Shiraz Gin.
It'll also be serving food, playing music, and over summer it'll host masterclasses and tastings.
