A Private Pasta Masterclass at Pasta Bambino
Pasta Bambino is the new Italian pop up from Adrian Richardson, the man behind Carlton North institution La Luna Bistro and Geelong’s Maestro. Located in the heart of Brunswick East at Richardson’s Bouvier Bar, it’s a homey winter spot that offers fuss-free pasta and $12 cocktails. So far, hits include beef ragout and ricotta pesto gnocchi, as well as cannoli with chocolate custard.
On July 6, Richardson is hosting a private pasta masterclass at Pasta Bambino for Broadsheet Access members only. He’ll be running you through his top pasta making secrets from kneading the dough to swirling the perfect sauce while you enjoy a glass of prosecco. But you won’t just be watching – this is a hands-on experience where you’ll recreate two of Richardson’s favourite pasta dishes. Once the hard work is done, the group will sit down for an intimate pasta lunch.
