If you’re tiring of the takeaway options within your five-kilometre radius, you may soon have a new one to try.
Pinchy’s, Melbourne’s neon-pink lobster and champagne bar, is popping up in different suburbs around the city with its signature boozy seafood feasts for takeaway.
That means mini lobster rolls filled with lobster core and knuckle, finished with mayonnaise, lemon, a drizzle of butter, and chopped chives.
There are also crab tacos with avocado mousse, truffle fries with white truffle aioli, and rockling croquettes with miso emulsion. The vegan menu include lion's mane mushroom rolls, leek croquettes and eggplant tofu, and there's a dark chocolate mousse for dessert. Bottled cocktails – including Negronis, Highballs and G&Ts – are also available.
It’s pick up only, with a minimum order of $50.
