If you’re tiring of the takeaway options within your five-kilometre radius, you may soon have a new one to try.
Pinchy’s, Melbourne’s neon-pink lobster and champagne bar, is popping up around the city – in a different suburb each week – with its signature boozy seafood feasts for takeaway.
That means foot-long lobster rolls filled with lobster (Pinchy’s uses the core and the knuckle) from the Cozy Harbour Seafood in Maine in the US. It’s finished with mayonnaise, lemon, a drizzle of butter, and chopped chives.
There’s also a smaller version, plus crab tacos with avocado mousse, truffle fries with white truffle aioli, mussel chowder, and snapper croquettes with curry aioli. And bottles of Veuve Clicquot, of course.
It’s pick up only, with a minimum order of $50.
