Melbourne-based pastry and dessert chef Pierre Roelofs is expanding from Dessert Evenings degustations to a pop-up window at St David Dairy, Fitzroy.
Using St David Dairy products, Roelofs has created two tubs for his opening week. The first is blueberry, lemon, yoghurt and puff pastry. The second, gluten-free option is coconut, chocolate, crème fraîche and apricot.
The dessert tub pop-up will be open on Autumn Fridays from 6pm-9pm at St David Dairy, beginning March 17.
