Pierre Roelofs' Dessert Evenings
Acclaimed pastry chef Pierre Roelofs is back to continue his renowned Dessert Evenings.
It has been six years since Roelofs started his dessert evenings at Fitzroy's Café Rosamond. This time the sweets degustation will be at Milkwood cafe. Over these past six years, Roelofs has created more than 250 desserts. Each element is made and prepared by the chef himself.
There will be three sittings every Thursday: 7pm, 8.20pm and 9.45pm, with a menu change every fortnight. Bookings are encouraged.
The menu price includes four courses, one being the famous Dessert Tube. Flavours vary from jelly to mousse, refrigerated in a tube.
