Melbourne-based not-for-profit For Men is hosting a free panel discussion at Richmond’s Fargo and Co where five men will share the habits and tools they’ve used to unlock meaningful professional success.
The panellists include ex-St Kilda footballer and senior property professional James Blake; Rupert Lugo, a senior lawyer for HWL Ebsworth and pro-sprinter; Godwin Hili, who founded Melbourne menswear label Godwin Charli; a former chef turned salesman Stuart de Kretser; and entrepreneur and CEO of CreativeCubes start-up spaces Tobi Skovron.
Every four hours, a man aged 16 to 45 commits suicide in Australia. The goal of For Men is to help bring the number to zero by proactively supporting men’s mental health through skills-building workshops, events and strong community.
The sessions aren’t just for men though; anyone keen to hear how professionals set and reach goals, handle adversity and find purpose is welcome.
