For most home cooks, parmesan is served as a garnish on your pasta of choice. Cheese on top of pasta. But there is another way. Pasta in the cheese. Stay with us.
After three successful runs in the past, Cucinetta is back with the fourth edition of Parmesan Wheel Week. The South Yarra restaurant will be serving fettucine cacio e pepe – a simple dish of pasta, cheese, black pepper and water from your pasta pot – straight out of an 18-month Grana Padano parmesan cheese wheel. It doesn't hurt that the restaurant serves one of the best cacio e pepe in Melbourne.
The pasta is available every day from 12pm to 3pm and from 5pm till close. Seating is limited so booking is advised.
